These are the bikes we got at the local mall. Everyone was telling us how cheap the bikes were here. I was hoping that meant price, but I was wrong. I am just hoping that these bikes last through the summer. We do use them everyday, but Sunday, as we go on walks as a family every morning. It has been a very good investment for our family. Interesting thing about these bikes is that they do not have the brakes that normal kid bikes have where you pedal backwards and you stop - only hand breaks which is difficult for them to use. Therefore, we will be going through shoes faster than normal as draggin feet is the only means of stopping. In addition, the tires are not made of rubber but some form of foam plastic. Dad seems to notice, but the kids could care less. Savannah was happy to get her princess bike, Jonah got his Giraffe bike, Ashton got his Mickey Mouse bike and Cyrus didn't care what bike he got, he loves them all.

Greetings from Lehi!!!! I just read your comment on our blog and have been checking out your blog for the last little while. It's wonderful to read about your experiences and to look at the pictures! I LOVE the no car seat thing! And I'm not so sure on the spiders, but perhaps I could make friends with them. It sounds like you're having such a great experience. We sure miss you. I'm going to bring the kids in here after their quiet time and let them look at all the pics! Thanks for sharing so much. I can't wait for future posts! Oh, and we'd love to come over for a swim.
